Onsite repairs at your home on Saturdays and Sundays, charged at the same $145 per hour you would pay midweek. No callout fee.
What gets fixed
- Slow or unstable machines that freeze, crash, or take ten minutes to start

- Backups that were never set up, or that silently stopped working months ago

What it costs
Home onsite work is $145 per hour, one hour minimum, then billed in 30 minute blocks. There is no callout fee inside the service area and no weekend loading. Parts are quoted separately before anything is ordered.

Remote is cheaper where it works. If the machine still starts and can get online, ask about remote support first. It is $99 per hour in 15 minute blocks, and a lot of software problems are finished inside half an hour without anyone driving anywhere.
How the visit works
You call or message
Describe what is happening. If it sounds like a remote job, you will be told so.
You get a window and an estimate
A booked time on Saturday or Sunday, and a realistic number of hours before anyone turns up.
The work gets done at your place
Usually at the kitchen table. If it turns out bigger than estimated, you hear about it before the extra time is spent.
You get an itemised invoice
Time in 30 minute blocks, parts listed separately, payable by bank transfer or card.

Questions people ask
Should I back up my files before you come?
If you can, yes, and if you cannot, say so when you book. Backing up first is one of the first things done on a visit where there is any risk to your data, and the time is billed like any other work.
Do you fix Apple Macs?
Software, Wi-Fi, email and account problems on a Mac, yes. Hardware repairs such as screens, batteries and logic boards are referred to an Apple specialist because genuine parts are hard to get outside the Apple channel.
Should I just buy a new computer?
Sometimes. If the honest answer is that a repair costs more than the machine is worth, you will be told that, with a rough figure for a replacement and an offer to set the new one up and move your files across.
Do you sell parts?
Parts are sourced for you and quoted separately before anything is ordered, with no markup hidden in the labour. You are welcome to supply your own.
