Questions people ask
What areas do you cover?
The central Gold Coast. That runs from Coomera and Helensvale in the north, through Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Robina and Burleigh, down to Currumbin. There is no callout fee anywhere in that area. Outside it, travel is $25 per job by arrangement.
Why is there no address on the website?
Mayfair IT is a mobile business with no shopfront. All work happens at your home, at your office, or remotely, so there is no address for you to visit.
Are you actually cheaper on weekends?
The weekend rate is the same as a weekday rate. Most local providers add 30 to 60 percent for Saturday and Sunday work, so compared with them, yes, noticeably.
Can you come out during the week?
Onsite visits are weekends only. Remote support is more flexible: after-hours sessions on a weeknight evening are available when needed, so ask if that would help.
How quickly can you get to me?
Usually the next available weekend slot. Remote support can often start much sooner, sometimes the same evening.
